My dad was sadly taken from me on the 15/10/2025 and I will forever be heartbroken because of this .. he wasn’t just my dad , he was my best friend.. for years he told me what to do, how to plan a funeral, but even though I knew what to do I still felt like I was unsure , i chose wm Dodgson and son and went with it as it was close to my dads home .. I met a woman there by the name of Charlotte. I’d like to thank her for really helping me through this difficult time. I didn’t know how to feel or understand why my dad was taken from me .. I’ve never really lost anyone that I’m close to. Losing my father felt like I had lost myself and still do feel that way. But Charlotte helped me through this journey of understanding. Charlotte helped me with the planning of my dads cremation and I couldn’t thank her enough for everything . She truly helped me at my lowest and I say thank you. Seeing my dad, in that beautiful blue gown and still looking so handsome . Made me tear up. He was looked after, cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The service was grand. Thank you Charlotte for everything .

Mum had a prepaid funeral plan with WM Dodgson and as expected she had made the right decision. From the moment we first met with Sinead at the Moortown office to saying goodbye to David after the funeral every aspect of mums funeral was handled with compassion, care, empathy and professionalism. I truly cannot rate Dodgsons highly enough. Thank you so much to all at Dodgsons.

I would like to Thank Lee for her professionalism, empathy and kindness during our difficult time, she handled my Dad with great care and provided comfort to us all. The service was beautiful and a heartfelt tribute and we are so grateful for everything. Amazing lady x

Sinead Hardesty Was fantastic totally understanding and helpful in helping myself and Sister at this bad time I cannot praise her enogh thank you and on the day. David was fantastic in making sure we where ok and looked after us brilliantly and made the day very special and ran smooth my family has used Dobsons for 3 generations from the 1960s to present and I will use them again in the future 5 star service as always thsnky

Myself and my family have had the up most respect from everyone at the Middleton branch leeds 10. On our first arrival to start funeral arrangements for my mum Steph was there explaining everything tissues and cuddles ready for the tears nothing was any trouble at mums funeral everyone else played there part and went above and beyond to let such a difficult day go well Thankyou to everyone Carl Keeting, Dave, Steph you did my mum proud and us as a family will be truly grateful x

I am so pleased we chose Wm. Dodgson & Son Funeral Services. They made me feel at ease from the beginning during a truly difficult time after my Dad passed away. All members of their team were compassionate, kind and respectful. They were always on hand to answer any questions that I had. I will always appreciate how professional but thoughtful the whole team were.
