The tea rooms at Wm Dodgson’s Lupton Avenue branch were the perfect setting for a Macmillan coffee morning held in conjunction with Burmantofts Residents and Tenants Association.
Wm Dodgson were delighted to be able to host this annual fundraising event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, supplying the tea, coffee, a hamper for the raffle prize and cakes.
Marie Park from the association along with her colleagues successfully spread the word in addition to overseeing the morning and the local community turned out in force.
Wm Dodgson have offered to support with any future fundraising and use of the tea rooms.
In total £120 was raised for Macmillan
